Jane M. Lynch, M.D.
Dr. Lynch received her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania before earning her MD from the Medical College of Virginia, where she also did her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology. She then did a fellowship in Dermatopathology at Johns Hopkins University. She is a board certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist through the American Board of Dermatology. She has dedicated her career to meeting the dermatologic needs of the people of the Central Valley and is grateful to be living in the Queen City with her husband and four dogs. She is a proud mother of three grown children, Mike, Sarah, and Jo.
Arnold R. Oppenheim, M.D.
Dr. Oppenheim received his medical degree from Boston University and went on to complete his internship at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and residencies at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. After practicing dermatology at his own office in Virginia Beach for over 30 years, Dr. Oppenheim has decided to relocate to the Shenandoah Valley to join our practice. He and his wife, Jo-Anne have twins, Noah and Rachel.
Lindsay L. Kidd, M.D.
Dr. Kidd received her medical degree from Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She completed her dermatology residency with the University of Virginia and fell in love with the region. She is active with volunteer work, both locally and abroad and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys traveling and cooking.
Laura Fite, M.D.
Dr. Fite received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School and completed her internship in internal medicine and her dermatology residency at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Fite's areas of interest include medical and procedural dermatology including cosmetics. She is excited to begin her career with Shenandoah Dermatology. She and her husband enjoy spending their free time with their one year old daughter and two dogs.
Amalie Derdeyn, M.D.
Dr. Derdeyn received her undergraduate degree and medical degrees from the University of Virginia. She continued at the University of Virginia Medical Center to complete an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology, making her a "quadruple-Hoo." She is a board-certified dermatologist with ten years of experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She has developed a particular passion for cosmetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, chemical peels and microneedling. She is thrilled to share this expertise with the residents of this beautiful area of Virginia. In addition to her practice at Shenandoah Dermatology, Dr. Derdeyn is mom to teenagers Ned and Lia.
